For music lessons, please fill out the following form and indicate the instrument/ music program you are looking for, as well as any relevant experience. Our director or music teacher will reach out directly and learn more about your needs and experience.
The Process

Complete & submit the Student Information Form

Our Program Director will reach out and review your information, answer any questions, provide a price quote, and schedule an evaluation (if applicable/ desired)

Our Program Director will meet with you and evaluate the student (~ 1hr)

We will provide an evaluation report (upon request), as well as create an education plan (IEP) for the student

We will match you with the tutor best suited for your child's needs based off the evaluation

We will help schedule a time & place for your tutoring sessions, and introduce you to your tutor.
